Pramerica SGR SpA is an asset management firm headquartered in Milan, Italy. It was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between Gruppo UBI Banca (65%) and Pramerica Financial (35%). In 2021, the firm became a subsidiary of Eurizon Capital SGR SpA, which is ultimately owned by Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (BIT: ISP). Headquartered in Milan, the firm was formerly known as Sanpaolo IMI Asset Management SGR SpA.
