David brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and development to the table.
He joined ARCH Capital in 2019 and has since successfully expanded the Taiwan team and portfolio.
His diverse project experience encompasses residential, retail, and logistics sectors, where he oversees investment and asset management activities.
Before joining ARCH Capital, David spent five years working in real estate development at a publicly listed company in Taiwan.
His real estate career began at Nan Shan Insurance (an AIG affiliate), where he spent a decade focusing on real estate investment and asset management in their real estate department.
David holds a Bachelor's degree in Land Economics and Administration from National Taipei University and a Master's degree in Finance from Baruch College (CUNY).
