Lily Zarrella

Lily is the Director of Community & Platform at Innospark.
She oversees efforts to manage our robust network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and firm advisors.
She is passionate about connecting and convening people to work together to solve big problems and is excited to help entrepreneurs grow their companies and achieve their potential.
Prior to Innospark, Lily served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Governor Charlie Baker and Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito, where she worked from 2013 – 2016, then again from 2018 – 2023.
Between her stints in the Baker- Polito Administration, Lily was at Solamere Capital in Boston, where she helped to build a robust network of expert advisors and managed firmwide events.
Lily was also a member of the 2014 Charlie Baker for Governor campaign.
She graduated from Boston University with a BA in Political Science.
In her spare time, Lily can be found adventure traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband Ted and dog Frankie in Boston’s South End.
