M&G Investment Managers (Pty) Ltd. (M&G Investments) is an asset management firm headquartered in Claremont, South Africa. Formerly known as Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd., the firm was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of M&G Plc (LON: MNG; OTCMKTS: MGPUF) in the UK. They manage funds for South African institutional and retail clients as well as for global investors.

Allan Gray (Pty) Ltd. is the investment management subsidiary of Orbis Allan Gray Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Allan & Gill Gray Foundation in South Africa. The firm is headquartered in Cape Town and has offices across Africa and an affiliate office in Australia. Founded in 1973, Allan Gray manages segregated portfolios, pooled portfolios and unit trust funds which includes their flagship long-term unit trust – Allan Gray Balanced Fund for a range of clients such as institutions, individuals, insurance companies, trusts and foundations.
