Prior to joining Madison Williams & Co. in 2010 (formerly SMH Capital Markets), Mr. Greenwald was most recently a Senior Managing Director with Leerink Swann & Co from May of 2006 to January of 2007.
From June of 1999 to February of 2006 he was a Managing Director with RBC Capital Markets.
At RBC he was involved with marketing, sales, and brand development including generating new business, overseeing sales departments and creating and implemementing strategic business plans as a member of the divisional management team.
Mr. Greenwald was aslo a Partner and Co-Founder of Discovery Partners, where he was with the company from February of 1992 through December of 1996.
From August of 1981 through February of 1992, Mr. Greenwald was employed with Sanford C.

As the Product Manager for Pfizer from August 1976 through August of 1981, Mr. Greenwald was involved with brand development, advertising, sales and strategic planning for antibiotic product lines.
Mr. Greenwald received his MBA in marketing from the University of New Haven in 1977, and his BA in biology form the University of Connecticut in 1975.
