Mr. Suzushima joined BFC in August 2008 from Advantage Partners where he worked as director of private equity fund administration for four years.
Prior to joining Advantage Partners, he spent five and a half years at Barclays Global Investors Japan Trust & Banking as compliance officer.
Before that, he worked for Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan(LTCB) for eight years where he was involved with loan business and system development.
While staying with LTCB, he also had an opportunity to work as international associate at Simpson Thacher and Barlett which is one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in the United States.
He received his LL.M from Washington University in St. Louis and his LL.B from Tokyo University.
