Kip Kapur holds an MBA from Warwick University and has extensive experience at all levels from 30 years of corporate, investment and merchant banking.
Half of this time has been focused internationally and outside the UK including as a resident in East Africa and South East Asia.
Kip Kapur joined Barclays Ventures in October 2002 as its Managing Director.
He is a senior executive in Barclays and currently a serving Chairman of the Barclays Group Credit Committee, which decides upon the very largest/complex credit and distribution risks run worldwide by the Barclays Group.
