The firm is wholly-owned by Atalanta Sosnoff Capital LLC (ASC), a registered investment advisor retained by ASM as the sub advisor on all of their clients’ accounts. All investment decisions made on behalf of ASM's client accounts are made by members of ASC’s Investment Committee. ASM provides investment advisory services on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis to provides investment advisory services on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis to separately managed accounts including individuals, trusts, tax exempt funds (such as pension and profit sharing plans), charitable organizations (such as endowments and foundations), State and Municipal government entities and corporations.
