W&W Asset Management GmbH (WAM) is an asset management firm headquartered in Kornwestheim, Germany. The firm was founded in 2000 and is a subsidiary of Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (ETR: WUW), itself a subsidiary of Wüstenrot Stiftung Gemeinschaft der Freunde Deutscher. WAM manages investment funds and portfolios for high-net worth individuals, private and institutional clients. They also manage equity, fixed-income and private equity investments for the insurance firms of the WUW group.

smart-invest GmbH is an independent asset management firm headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. The firm was spun off in 2007 from the independent asset management company Sand und Schott GmbH, which was founded in 1994. smart-invest serves as the fund manager of smart-invest HELIOS AR and smart-invest GLOBAL EQUITY. In addition, further investment advisory mandates for funds as well as for institutional clients are carried out.
