Ringler is an Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
Previously, he was an Executive Deputy Commissioner at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and First Deputy Secretary of State as well as Chairman of the Town's Planning Board and the Emergency Financial Control Board for the City of Yonkers.
Mr. Ringler was Member of the Capital District Transportation Committee as well as President of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and the Bishop Maginn High School Board of Education.
