Mr. Ken Krull is a Principal at Mercato Partners.
He has over 15 years of high technology leadership.
Originally at Folio, he proposed and managed pioneering products in the early days of the internet and SGML, the precursor to XML.In the 3D graphics space he initiated and managed Viewpoint Digital's relationship with Microsoft, and was influential in the acquisition of the ThinkFish artistic rendering group prior to the company's sale to Computer Associates.
He was on the team that pitched Knowlix to Peregrine and under his direction, that knowledge management division at Peregrine grew revenue to more than 15 times to nearly 20 million in three years.
At Trend Micro, he directed the Enterprise Services teams, including the core AV technology, Enterprise Protection, Damage Cleanup, Channel Services and other Services.
He was one of the original Limited Partners in vSpring Fund I, and has done angel investing in Utah, Idaho and Texas.
Mr. Krull graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from the Marriott School of Management.
