Katrin A. Ivanov

Katrin joined Nectar Capital as an Associate Director in October 2007 from Warner Music International, where she most recently held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Acquisitions.
She was responsible for leading Warner Music's M&A activities in all areas of the music business, including content, touring and artist management acquisitions outside the United States.
During her time at Warner, Katrin oversaw transactions in Japan, South Korea, Scandinavia, Germany, France, Spain and the UK.
She was also instrumental in spearheading Warner Music's foray into new geographies, including Russia, and in devising new business models for the digital entertainment market.
Prior to Warner Music, Katrin was a member of the Technology M&A team at Lehman Brothers in London.
She also gathered start-up experience as an early employee of lastminute.com, a leading travel and entertainment website.
Katrin holds a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
