Kathleen Souza

Ms. Kathleen Souza is an Associate-Portfolio Accounting at EARNEST Partners LLC.
She is responsible for portfolio accounting at EARNEST Partners.
Ms. Souza previous experience includes the role of assistant controller for a mezzanine finance firm in Atlanta where she worked on financial reporting, transaction execution and facilitated the firm’s external auditing process.
Ms. Souza holds a BBA in Business Management from Kennesaw State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and was a National Society of Collegiate Scholars member and Women’s Leadership Experience participant.
Born and raised in Brazil, Kathleen is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
