Kapi Chadha

Prior to joining WWC Capital in 2005, Mr. Chadha spent five years covering the technology sector, specifically, providing M&A advisory services to middle-market clients and targeting public investments across a range of technology sub-sectors.
Prior to his graduate studies, he worked with Updata Capital, where he was actively involved in all aspects of origination and execution of software M&A transactions and fairness opinions.
He led analytical and transactional efforts on a variety of deals in the Enterprise Software, Network and Systems Management (NSM) Software and Storage Software markets including the sale of MainControl, Infinium Software, Elevon and Ironside Technologies.
Before Updata, he was an Equity Analyst with Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, an investment management firm with over $4 billion in assets under management.
He reviewed and recommended investment ideas for the firm’s small- and large-cap portfolios.
His coverage areas included computer hardware, telecom equipment vendors, telecom service providers, consumer retail, contract manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Chadha received his MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
