Prior to joining Celtic House, Ms. Fallon held several financial positions at emerging technology companies, including Taral Networks, Inc. (Director of Finance), Ardesic Corporation (Director of Finance) and Eftia OSS Solutions Inc. (Controller).
Prior to her work in the technology industry, Ms. Fallon was a senior associate with Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), where she advised a range of clients, including financial institutions, private technology venture funds and multi-national companies.
She is a member of the Statistics, Reporting and Valuation Committee of the Canadian Venture Capital Association.
She is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Private Equity CFO Association.
Ms. Fallon received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University.
