Juan Procaccini

Mr. Procaccini joined Pegasus Capital as Manager in 2004.
Prior to this, Mr. Procaccini was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company (2000-2004) in Europe and South America.
His experience includes a post merger in the postal industry involving 23 companies across 10 European countries, the development of the global strategy for a leading logistics player and the creation of a new customer service approach for a leading photo imaging company in Europe.
He also helped develop the corporate strategy for a leading family-owned Brazilian Holding and the Internet strategy for a leading non-food retailer in South America.
Prior to McKinsey, he worked for Procter & Gamble (1995-1999) where he left as a brand manager.
In P&G he developed consumer brands in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay and co-designed retailing strategies together with major global accounts (e.g., Wal-mart) to improve their positioning in Argentina.
Mr. Procaccini also worked for mining and construction equipment manufacturer Powerscreen Int.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (1995) and an MBA degree granted by The Anderson School at UCLA (2001).
