John Wasserlein

Mr. Wasserlein is the former President, CEO, and Director of Fraser Papers Inc.; Senior Vice President of Boise Cascade Inc.; and President and Director of Boise Cascade Canada Ltd.
In these roles, he was responsible for many thousands of employees, millions of acres of timberlands and revenues approaching $1 billion.
He’s served on numerous civic and business boards and is a co-founder of Design Medical, Inc. His career focused on growth through innovation of product lines, cost reduction through process improvement, and the development of a solid working team.
Achievements include 17-fold growth of a major strategic business unit, mergers and acquisitions, and the installation of 250 megawatts of energy capacity.
John has received international recognition for safety results.
His current interest lies in active involvement with emerging technology companies, helping to accelerate their entrance into the market.
His focus is on energy, process controls, manufacturing equipment, electro-mechanical devices, medical devices, and manufacturing.
