John W. Pickett

Mr. Pickett practices in the business law area with particular interest in representing public and private companies in corporate finance and acquisitions transactions and advises such companies regarding securities law compliance, licensing and general corporate matters.
Mr. Pickett’s transactional and general corporate practice experience includes consummating initial public offerings of equity securities, completing venture capital investments in private companies, completing acquisitions of public and private companies, completing sales of private companies, drafting various technology license agreements, drafting and reviewing periodic and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and advising directors and officers with respect to reporting obligations under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Pickett graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School and cum laude from College of the Holy Cross.
