He also worked as a project manager for the HRH Construction Corporation.
Mr. Deutsch served as a Lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps of the U.

Navy.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
