He held numerous positions at American United Life Insurance Company over a 24-year period, including Chief Compliance Officer of the registered Investment Advisor, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary of OneAmerica Funds, and Chief Counsel and Secretary for OneAmerica Securities.
Mr. Swhear earned a degree in computer science from Ball State University and a law degree from the Indiana University School of Law.
