Joan M.
Borucki is a Director for California State Lottery Commission.
She was appointed Chief Deputy Director of the California Lottery on April 3, 2006.
Most recently, she was Chairman of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
Previously, she was a Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles from 2004 to 2005, a Team Leader for the California Performance Review in 2004 and Chief Deputy Director of the California Transportation Commission from 2002 to 2004.
She began her state service in the Department of Transportation in 1980 and was appointed a District Director of Planning in 2002.
Ms. Borucki has more than 25 years of experience in the California state government.
