Goldman Sachs Asset Management BV (GSAM Czech Republic) is a fund management firm headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. The firm was founded in 1997 and formerly known as ING Investment Management (C.R.) as and NN Investment Partners (C.R.) as. They are a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International Holdings BV, ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) in the US. GSAM Czech Republic manages the asset of institutions (insurance companies, pension funds, municipalities, foundations) as well as corporate and private individuals, primarily in the country.

CSOB Investicni Spolecnost as (CSOB-IS) is the fund management arm and a majority-owned subsidiary of CSOB-Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka which was founded by the state in 1964. In 1999, the CSOB Group was privatized by the Belgian KBC Bank, which became the majority owner and is a member of the KBC Group NV (BR: KBC). Located in Prague, CSOB-IS was established in 1998. The firm manages a range of mutual funds for private individuals, corporate and institutional clients including pension funds, insurance companies and intermediaries.
