The firm was founded by Scott Brayman, Judith O’Connell, Wendy Nunez, and Mary Michel in 2004. They are a subsidiary of CIP Management Holdings LP. CIP provides investment advice to investment companies, pooled investment vehicles, corporate and public pension plans, health care and religious organizations, endowments and foundations, Taft-Harley plans, colleges and universities, family offices, private banks and corporations and other businesses.
