Jim E. Griffin

Mr. Griffin joined American Capital, Ltd.
in 2007 as Vice President of Private Capital Fundraising.
Prior to joining American Capital, he was the Managing Director and Founder of The Sulgrave Group.
He has also worked as Managing Director at Questor Management Company, Principal at Veritas Capital, Founding Partner of Alignment Capital Partners and Vice President at The Carlyle Group.
Mr. Griffin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Babcock Graduate School of Business at Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William & Mary.
