He started his career at Lincoln Financial/ Sagemark Consulting in 2001, where he began working with high-net-worth entrepreneurs throughout the United States.
In 2012, Mr. Thompson joined Stratos Wealth Partners as an advisor, where he brought a unique focus on tax-mitigation planning for high-net-worth business owners.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University and holds a CFP designation.
