Prior to joining Sverica International, Mr. Rice was an operating partner with North Atlantic Capital, a private equity firm with $160 million under management.
While there, he led due diligence, served on boards of directors, and worked closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
Prior to North Atlantic Capital he managed the north east division of Red Sky Interactive, an interactive agency, and was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting Strategic Services where he developed marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
A midwesterner, Mr. Rice earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota and an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.
