This perfect match was created in 1997 by Stema Engineering of Kvistgård, Denmark and Peddinghaus of Bitburg, Germany. A new company named Pedax Bitburg Maschinenbau GmbH was founded by Mr. Deichmann, Mr. Specht, Mr. Blos and Mr. Gleich, taking over the activities from the old Peddinghaus Bitburg in 1997.

Pedax GmbH engages in the development and manufacture of machines and plants for the processing of reinforcing steel. It offers bending and shearing machines, stirrup benders, roller and hyperbolic straightening machines, welding machines for pile cages, as well as machines for non-welded rollmats. The firm also provides services such as in-house repairs, retrofitting, installation of new equipment, and training. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Bitburg, Germany.
