Mr. Pratt has spent his entire career in sales, marketing and sales/marketing consulting.
In 1971, Mr. Pratt was one of three founders of Marketing Corporation of America.
When Mr. Pratt retired from MCA in 1986, MCA's annual volume was $480 million.
Within MCA, Mr. Pratt created and managed a new couponing business called Newspaper Co-Op Couponing which was utilized by every Fortune 500 consumer products company in America.
NCC delivered over 30 billion coupons per year and accounted for almost 50% of MCA's revenue and over 70% of the profit.
Mr. Pratt was a co-founder of Haley, Pratt & Associates in 1986 where he and his partner, Mr. Paul Haley, spent 10 years consulting for many major US corporations.
Since 1996, Mr. Pratt has continued to provide marketing consulting services to "friends" which is the reason he is now a partner at PECC.
Mr. Pratt holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
