Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors in 1998, Mr. Hopkins was a Director in the Taxable Fixed Income Department at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), where he had previously worked from 1981 to 1989.
Prior to CSFB, he worked at Salomon Brothers and at Prudential Securities.
Mr. Hopkins earned a Bachelors degree in English from the University of San Francisco and an MBA in Money and Financial Markets from Columbia University.
