Higgins Christopher

Mr. Higgins was a managing director of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an alternative asset manager with $23 billion in AUM, and responsible for sourcing transactions and developing client relationships for the firm.
Prior to joining JC Capital Partners, Mr. Higgins was a Managing Director for Kayne Anderson.
Mr. Higgins was Co-founder and Managing Director of a boutique investment bank dedicated to assisting middle market companies in raising capital, providing merger and acquisitions services, and general financial consulting.
During the past 18 years of managing his own company he has acted as interim CFO for companies experiencing financial difficulties.
Mr. Higgins was previously at Security Pacific National Bank where he gained experience as the Chief Credit Officer of the Corporate Bank, and Manager of SecPac's LBO activities in California.
Mr. Higgins has served on several boards for both private and not-for-profit firms.
Mr. Higgins received his B.A.
in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
