Gregory Shaw

Mr. Shaw joined Desjardins Venture Capital in May 2006.
He has several years of R&D experience gained developing telecommunications services, platforms, embedded systems, Operations Administration & Maintenance systems for fixed, wireless and satellite networks as well as data warehousing and a web portal.
In addition to his R&D experience, Mr. Shaw has on an interim basis managed both the engineering and information systems teams of a European wireless carrier, directed the evolution of TDMA, GSM and TETRA networks in Brazil and Europe as well as chairing the ETSI standards committee for High Speed Data for TETRA.
Mr. Shaw holds a B.Sc.
degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University of Montreal, and is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
