Garth R. Wieger

Wieger is a founding Partner of Montage Partners.
Mr. Wieger is also a founding Partner of Montage Holdings.
Prior to forming Montage Holdings in 2004, Mr. Wieger founded and served as CEO of GW Holdings.
In 2000, Mr. Wieger founded Journey Homes, which was acquired by Taylor Woodrow plc in 2002.
Mr. Wieger served as the President of the Arizona division of Taylor Woodrow Homes for one year following the acquisition.
Also in 2000, Mr. Wieger was a member of Pacific Partners, an investor group, which made a material investment in Del Webb Corp., put the Company in play and generated significant investment returns.
Del Webb was ultimately acquired by Pulte Homes.
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Wieger served as President and CEO of UDC Homes with divisions in Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mr. Wieger served as Chief Operating Officer for Shea Homes following the acquisition.
Prior to joining UDC in 1996, Mr. Wieger was President of Shea Homes’ Arizona division.
Prior to joining Shea Homes in 1991, Mr. Wieger was the head of land acquisition and development for Continental Homes, which he joined in 1981.
Prior to Continental Homes, Mr. Wieger worked for Bechtel, an international construction firm, where he was involved in complex, fast-track mining projects in Arizona, Nevada and South Africa.
Mr. Wieger holds a bachelors degree in business management from San Jose State University.
Mr. Wieger lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife and has four adult children.
