Frederick J.
Grigsby, Jr. is Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Southern California Edison Co. He joined Southern California Edison Co. on July 1, 2001.
He has extensive experience in the field of labor relations with responsibilities ranging from negotiating national labor agreements to developing and implementing labor relations strategy.
He is a Director of the Orange County United Way, the Boys and Girls Club of Laguna Beach and the American Red Cross of Los Angeles.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Central State University.
