His prior position was that of Vice-President of Real Estate of Northwestern Mutual which he had held since 1987.
Mr. Skaggs joined Northwestern in June 1970 as a Real Estate Investment Analyst after three years of the faculty of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he taught real estate and finance.
He received a B.S.
degree in economics from the University of Illinois in 1965 and an M.B.A.
in 1968.
