Eugene Hsu

Mr. Eugene Hsu joined 3V SourceOne in 2001 as an Associate.
At 3VS1, he spends most of his time working in the area of life sciences and information technology including diagnostics, bioinformatics and biopharmaceuticals investments.
Since joining the firm, he has worked with several 3VS1 portfolio companies including Viacell, Intracel, ChemNavigator, Linden Bioscience and Baynet Optics.
Prior to 3VS1, Mr. Hsu worked at EPC Consulting (now Allied Venture Capital) in various roles including business development, marketing and investment analysis.
While at EPC, he initiated the creation of an overseas joint venture to do venture capital investment and consulting in China.
Mr. Hsu began his career in Japan where he co-founded and launched an online education company.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Duke University and has working experience in China, Taiwan and Japan.
