PFA Kapitalforvaltning Fondsmæglerselskab A/S (PFA-AM) is the asset management subsidiary of PFA Asset Management AS, itself a subsidiary of PFA Holding AS in Denmark. Created in 2010 after PFA Pension acquired Nordic Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, the firm is based in Copenhagen and provides asset management to the Group's companies and other professional investors. AP Pension Livsforsikring A/S (AP Pension) is the pension management subsidiary of Foreningen Ap Pension Fmba in Denmark.^Established in 1919, the firm is based in Copenhagen and specializes in occupational pension fund management for Danish companies. They also provide pension and insurance solutions to private individuals.
