He had previously been Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for Del from 1991 until 1996 when he left the company to become Chief Operating Officer for Nice-Pak Products, Inc. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Vialardi was a consultant to pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturers and retailers.
Prior to joining Del for the first time in 1991, Mr. Vialardi held a number of executive positions at Revlon, Inc., Simon & Schuster, Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Vialardi began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
