They also cater to asset management and fund management firms for local and international clients investing in Russia, Ukraine and the CIS. The Russian company was founded in 2009 by Dimitri Alexeyevich Kryukov. Verno Investment Management was acquired by Specialised Research (UK) Ltd. from Mubadala Investment Co. PJSC on November 26, 2018.
