Edward F. Hummer

Mr. Hummer joined EMP after five years with the IFC.
There he served as Manager of IFC's Special Operations Unit, which oversees and restructures non-performing or otherwise troubled investments on a worldwide basis.
Prior to the IFC, he was a General Partner of Chesapeake Ventures, a venture capital firm, and an Investment Manager for Nazem and Company.
Prior to his work at the IFC and in venture capital, Mr. Hummer practiced law for over 10 years in Washington, DC and New York.
Mr. Hummer received a B.A.
from Princeton University, a J.D.
form Georgetown University Law Center and an M.B.A.
for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
