Prior to joining Rochdale in 2005, he was Chief Financial Officer of Daiwa Securities America Inc., the U.S.
subsidiary of Japans second largest broker-dealer.
Additionally, he was an Audit Manager in the commercial client practice of Pannell Kerr Forster, Certified Public Accountants, the international accounting firm.
Mr. Towers earned his B.S.
in accounting from St. Francis College in New York.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
