He brings 17 years of experience in the financial services industry working on both the buy and sell side of the fixed income markets.
Having spent the last ten years with Bear Stearns, he was most recently a part of a $1.6 Billion structured credit hedge fund within the asset management division where he was a corporate credit analyst and trader.
There, he was part of a three man team responsible for actively hedging the Fund's corporate exposure, managing a portfolio of Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO's) and providing relative value trading ideas executable with credit default swaps (CDS) and cash bonds.
Prior to working at the hedge fund, he worked within Bear's broker/dealer unit where he had been a senior industrial analyst, a corporate bond trader and a dealer salesperson.
He spent 5 years with PaineWebber working in the Municipal Bond and Internal Audit groups.
Mr. Logan graduated with a BA in Mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1990 and MBA from Columbia Business School in 1997.
