Don Stanley

Mr. Stanley joined ATV in 2005.
He previously served for eight years as the CFO of Battery Ventures, a venture capital firm with $1.6 billion in capital under management.
As CFO for Battery Ventures, he was responsible for all areas of accounting, tax and reporting for six venture capital funds along with numerous related entities.
Prior to Battery Ventures, Mr. Stanley was general partner for seven years with LaPointe, Torrisi, Stanley and Company, a Massachusetts-based accountancy and tax preparation firm.
He has also held a variety of positions during a six-year tenure with Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Stanley holds an M.S.
from Suffolk University and a B.S.
from Merrimack College.
He also served in the U.S.
Marine Corp.
for six years in combined active and reserve duty.
