Dennis W.
McFarland is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Lansing Board of Water & Light and a Directors of NiSource, Inc. He was Vice President and Treasurer of NiSource.
From 1996 to 2001, he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Planning for the Columbia Gas of Ohio.
He was appointed a Financial Analyst of the Columbia Gas System in 1978 and Director of Supplier Matters and Economic Analysis for Columbia Gas Transmission Corp.
in 1986.
In 1987, Mr. McFarland was Director of Rates and Regulation for the Columbia System and Vice President of Investor Relations in 1988.
Mr. McFarland received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in International Relations from Northwestern University.
