David Thang

Mr. David Thang is Senior Technical Analyst at Fat Prophets Australia Pty Ltd.
He joined Fat Prophets in 2009.
Mr. Thang's diverse experience saw him initially work with Institutional Equities and Money Market Proprietary Traders at Goldman Sachs JBWere and Members Equity Bank in Melbourne.
He then moved into the Funds Management arena in Sydney.
David initially took on an analyst position with BNP Paribas, shortly after landing himself a Senior Analyst position with AMP Capital Investors.
During the last 7 years, he juggled his full time work commitments along with full time CFD trading.
he trades almost every asset class from Aussie Equities, Indices, Commodities to Foreign Exchange.
Prior to his Fat Prophets media appearances, he had already been featured as a successful trader in several publications, including the BRW Magazine, Australian Financial Review and CMC Markets Trade Review.
Mr. Thang completed his Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning with a Distinction average at RMIT and is currently undertaking his Masters of Applied Finance and Investments at Kaplan.
Over the last 9 years, he has taken many other courses on Advanced Technical analysis and complex trading strategies.
