Mr. David S.
Rajpurohit, CFA, is a Chairman & Managing Partner at Acadia Asset Advisors, Inc. For the past 3+ years, he has actively managed the portfolio.
Prior to his active involvement with the Acadia Fund, L.P., in 2007, Mr. Rajpurohit was president and founding partner of Stanford Investment Group, Inc., a private equity firm (1992-2007).
He has a strong record of value creation throughout his career - as an alternative asset investor, management consultant, and operations executive.
Before joining Acadia and SIG, he was the Area Managing Director in the management consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (1988-1992).
Prior to this, he was a senior manager at KPMG Peat Marwick (1984-1988) in its New York consulting arm.
Here he assembled and led consulting teams providing strategy, operations, and technology consulting at the CEO level to Fortune 1000 companies and investment firms.
Prior to his consulting career, he held executive positions with Becton Dickinson and Johnson & Johnson with responsibilities across the world in operations, strategy and corporate development.
He holds an M.S.
in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
He is also a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology with a B.
