Mr. Gee was appointed Executive Vice President, Regional & Industrial Businesses on October 1, 2003.
He is Chairman of ICI Pensions Trustee Ltd.
and its Investment Committee.
In March 1974, he joined ICI in its Pharmaceuticals Business and then held a number of accounting roles in various businesses (Organics, Explosives, ICI Australia, C&P).
From March 1996 to June 1998, he was Group Controller of ICI PLC and was also heavily involved in ICI's divestment programme.
In July 1998, he was appointed Vice President Finance of the ICI Group, responsible for Treasury, Tax, Corporate Finance, Insurance.
