David A. Minges

Mr. Minges joined TEDCO with 20 years of experience in public, private and nonprofit management and grantmaking, having served as Executive Director of the Chesapeake Bay Trust and the Governor’s Office on Volunteerism, where he led the development of AmeriCorps/National Service funding and programs in Maryland.
His additional interests in technology, design and community relations are reflected in management projects with the Pfaltzgraff Corporation, the York Area Chamber of Commerce, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland, the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and Gaudreau, Inc., Maryland’s premier science and biotech architectural firm.
Mr. Minges holds a Masters Degree in the History of Technology from the University of Delaware, where he was an Eleutherian Mills/Hagley Foundation Fellow.
He received his B.A.
in European History from Furman University.
