Prior to joining Arnerich Massena, Mr. Grouell was a compliance consultant working with a broad spectrum of investment related businesses, including investment advisers, private equity and hedge funds, mutual funds, pension consultants and broker-dealers.
He has performed numerous regulatory mock audits, new entity registrations and acquisitions, private consulting engagements, AWC contract fulfillments and implemented dozens of compliance programs.
Mr. Grouell currently holds the Series 65 license (the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination).
