Yarra Investment Management Ltd. (YIML) is an asset management firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded in 1989 as Instanta Ltd. and underwent through numerous name changes. They were recently known as Nikko Asset Management Australia Ltd. (Nikko AM Australia). In April 2021, Yarra Capital Management Holdings Pty Ltd. acquired Nikko AM Australia and the firm subsequently became Yarra Investment Management Ltd. YIML manages assets of institutional, superannuation funds, charitable trusts and private clients across Australia.

SIM Funds Management Ltd. (SIMFML) is the Australian fund management subsidiary of Tyndall Investmet Management Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. (TK: 8309) in Japan. Formerly known as Suncorp Metway Investment Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Suncorp-Metway Ltd., the firm was acquired by Nikko Asset Management in 2011 and changed their name to SIM Fund Management. SIMFML is based in Brisbane and offers a range of wholesale investment products and services to corporate superannuation funds, general insurance companies, institutions, master trusts and corporate investors. Their products and services include individually managed portfolios, unit trusts, a pooled superannuation trust and derivative overlay product, covering investment in domestic and world asset classes including cash, fixed-income, equities and listed real estate trusts via sector-specific or diversified investment options.
