Clifford James Bernstein

Clifford James Bernstein has been a Director of IA Global, Inc. since 2007 and is a Member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Nominations and Governance Committee and Co-Chairman of the Merger and Acquisition Committee.
He is President of the Dartmouth Club of Japan.
Previously, Mr. Bernstein was an Attorney of Shearman & Sterling and an Investment Banker of Citigroup.
He held various advisory positions with ValueClick Japan, Booz Allen & Hamilton and DKR Oasis and worked at Marubeni Corporation.
Mr. Bernstein received a JD from the Columbia Law School, an LLM from Kyushu University and a BA degree in Government from Dartmouth College.
